Archiving Policy
The Indonesian Journal of Management and Organizational Innovation (IJMOI) is strongly committed to the long-term preservation of its digital content. We understand that academic research must remain accessible to the global scholarly community in perpetuity, regardless of any future technological, infrastructural, or organizational changes.
To ensure the permanent availability and secure accessibility of all our published articles, IJMOI utilizes the following robust digital archiving and preservation strategies:
1. PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) As a journal operating on the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform, IJMOI utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) plugin. This network provides highly secure preservation services for OJS journals, ensuring that our digital content is safely preserved in a decentralized, globally distributed dark archive.
2. LOCKSS and CLOCKSS This journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating academic libraries. These systems permit those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of long-term preservation and restoration.
3. Author Self-Archiving (Green Open Access) In full alignment with our Open Access policy, authors are explicitly permitted and heavily encouraged to self-archive their published articles. Authors may freely deposit the final published PDF version (the Publisher's Version of Record) in:
- Their personal websites or blogs.
- Their university's institutional repositories.
- Non-commercial public academic repositories (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu, Zenodo, SSRN).
When self-archiving, authors are requested to ensure that appropriate credit is given to the original source of publication at IJMOI by providing a direct URL link to the article's official DOI (Digital Object Identifier) on our website.
