Deposit Policy
The Indonesian Journal of Management and Organizational Innovation (IJMOI) operates under a fully Open Access model and actively encourages the widest possible dissemination of published research. We firmly support our authors' rights to self-archive and deposit their academic work in digital repositories.
Our deposit policy is highly permissive and applies to all versions of the manuscript as follows:
1. Submitted Version (Preprint)
- Authors are permitted to deposit the initial, pre-peer-reviewed version of their manuscript (preprint) at any time in recognized preprint servers (such as SSRN, arXiv, SocArXiv), institutional repositories, or on their personal websites.
- Embargo: No embargo.
2. Accepted Version (Author Accepted Manuscript - AAM)
- Authors are permitted to deposit the peer-reviewed and officially accepted version of their manuscript (the version before final publisher typesetting and formatting) in any institutional or subject-based repository.
- Embargo: No embargo.
3. Published Version (Publisher's Version of Record - VoR)
- Authors are permitted and heavily encouraged to deposit the final published PDF version (exactly as it appears on the IJMOI website) in institutional repositories, subject-based repositories, non-commercial academic social networks (e.g., ResearchGate, Academia.edu, Mendeley), and personal websites immediately upon publication.
- Embargo: No embargo.
Attribution and Linking Requirements When depositing any version of the manuscript, authors must include a proper citation to the journal. For the Accepted and Published versions, authors are strictly required to include a direct URL link to the official publication page on the IJMOI website, preferably by linking the article's official DOI (Digital Object Identifier). This practice ensures the integrity of the academic record and directs readers to the final, definitive version of the research.
