Open Access

The Indonesian Journal of Management and Organizational Innovation (IJMOI) provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

All articles published by IJMOI are made immediately available worldwide under an open access environment. By publishing with us, it means that:

  • Free Availability: Everyone has free and unlimited access to the full-text of all articles published in IJMOI without subscription, paywalls, or any price barriers.
  • Free to Share and Reuse: Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.

This open access policy is in strict accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition of open access.
