Revenue & Advertising

Revenue Sources The Indonesian Journal of Management and Organizational Innovation (IJMOI) is committed to ensuring the sustainability of our open-access model while maintaining strict editorial independence. Our operational and publication processes are funded through the following sources:

  1. Article Processing Charges (APCs): Revenue is primarily generated through Article Processing Charges levied on authors (or their affiliated institutions/funders) only after a manuscript has been officially accepted for publication following a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. These fees cover the essential costs of manuscript handling, copyediting, typesetting, long-term digital archiving, and website maintenance.
  2. Institutional Support: Operational infrastructure and administrative support are provided by our publisher and affiliated institution.

Editorial Independence Guarantee: To maintain strict academic integrity, our peer-review process and editorial decisions are completely separated from our revenue model. The ability or willingness to pay an Article Processing Charge has absolutely no influence on the acceptance, revision, or rejection of a manuscript. Editors and reviewers are completely blind to the financial status of the authors during the evaluation process.

Advertising Policy To avoid any potential conflicts of interest and to maintain a distraction-free academic environment, IJMOI does not accept, host, or publish commercial advertisements on its website or within its published articles.

The journal focuses purely on the dissemination of high-quality scientific research. Any promotional activities, banners, or announcements on our platforms are strictly limited to academic purposes (such as academic conferences, call for papers, or scientific workshops directly related to the journal's scope) and are published free of charge solely at the discretion of the Editorial Board.
